Every ingredient in Resynate H2O is chosen with intention. This page breaks down what goes into our blends, why each ingredient is included, and the role it plays in supporting hydration, focus, and performance. We believe transparency matters, so you’ll find clear, straightforward explanations to help you understand exactly what you’re putting into your body, and why it’s there.

Ingredients We Would NEVER Use
We believe that what you leave out matters just as much as what you put in. Many hydration and performance products rely on cheap fillers, artificial additives, and synthetic shortcuts that may improve shelf life or flavor but don’t support how the body actually works. We choose a different path, building our formulas around purposeful, research-backed ingredients and leaving out anything that doesn’t serve performance, clarity, or long-term health. Every ingredient in our products earns its place. If something is commonly used but offers no real benefit or comes with unnecessary tradeoffs, it doesn’t make the cut.
(Sucralose, Aspartame, Acesulfame Potassium) - Often added to keep calories low while boosting sweetness, these can disrupt gut health, cause blood sugar irregularities, and trigger headaches or brain fog in some people.
(Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1) - Used purely for visual appeal, these synthetic dyes have been linked to inflammation, hyperactivity, and potential long-term health concerns, with no functional benefit to the body.
A cheap sweetener that spikes blood sugar, stresses the liver, and contributes to metabolic dysfunction when consumed regularly.
Commonly used as a filler or thickener, maltodextrin has a very high glycemic index and can spike blood sugar more aggressively than table sugar.
While effective short-term, synthetic caffeine can cause jitters, anxiety, and harsh energy spikes compared to plant-based or naturally paired sources.
(BHT, BHA, Sodium Benzoate) - Used to extend shelf life, these preservatives have been associated with oxidative stress and are unnecessary in thoughtfully formulated products.
(Sodium Aluminum Silicate) - Added to keep powders flowing smoothly, aluminum-based compounds can accumulate in the body over time with no nutritional upside.
Cheap bulking agents are often added to reduce ingredient costs, dilute effectiveness, and offer nothing in terms of performance or health.
